When Whitehills recently introduced a new procedure, they came to Informatix to help them gain insight into customer perception and adoption of this new process. After the company provided us with raw data for a customer survey, we reviewed the materials, offered feedback, and created branding for the survey that aligned with Whitehills' goals.
In addition, we furnished suggested copy for the survey, invitation emails, and website. To help the company gain the most benefit from the data, we generated an online reporting portal that enabled them to view survey results in real time. We are currently managing the entire survey process for a six-month period.
